DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (USA 48 STATES)

Pillow Modern ships via USPS parcel post.

We ship the orders within one business day after the payment is received.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please contact us at pillowmodern@gmail.com  before you order or you can give an order over the phone.

·         Pillow insert is NOT included

·        The pillow case will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (6-10 business days delivery)

·         Please note that despite USPS claims of 6-10 day delivery, clearing customs can take some time. Pillow Modern is not responsible for the possible delays in customs at the destination country

·         All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

·         No returns allowed on items shipped outside the US

·         Flat rate for all locations is $11.50 USD  for a maximum of five items

 

2-OUR PRODUCTS
Pillow modern products are manufactured from the highest quality cotton, linen, and polyester blend fabrics. Unless otherwise specified, most of the pillow covers are machine washable. As mentioned in their fabric care labels, the pillow covers should be washed separately in cold water with gentle detergent only (i.e., detergent that includes no bleach), tumbled in gentle cycle, and dried in low heat. The pillow covers should always be ironed inside-out. Never iron the design side.

Polyfill pillow insert is dry clean only.

3-OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and in resalable condition. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note that if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective, please call us within 2 days of receipt and we will send you the replacement at no cost.
